Gina Greblo, Co-Founder & Director

Gina Greblo launched her career in San Francisco in real estate investment sales.  She eventually made the transition to selling enterprise wide, mission-critical software to executive committees with the then start-up, Advent Software, a company that eventually went public.  Recruited to another start-up firm, she was the top performing sales representative selling complex, million dollar software solutions.  Quickly rising to the top of her field, Gina’s success in creating strategic solutions for her clients translated into a proven sales record and was founded on her natural abilities as a problem solver and networker.  She put her networking skills to use outside the office as well, creating a vast social web that blurred the boundaries between friends and colleagues.  She gracefully joined diverse groups of people for social and professional purposes and in turn was greatly rewarded by helping people connect.

Gina left the corporate world when she relocated to Beverly Hills and created Pet Care 90210, a luxury pet care company that offers pampered services for neighborhood pets.  The company fulfilled Gina’s ambition to build a creative, referral-based business that was ingratiated within its community.  Gina grew Pet Care 90210 by word of mouth only, and its services soon became “The Hills" staple used by celebrities, socialites, and their "under the radar" industry-neighbors. Despite her growing Beverly and Hollywood Hills network, Gina missed her diverse social community in San Francisco.  She, like many others in the city, wanted an accessible way to navigate the sprawling social terrain of Los Angeles.  Joining forces with Mary Pomerantz, she continues to apply her master problem solving skills to offer the ultimate solution to this social dilemma: The Social Luxe.

Gina was born and raised in Los Angeles.  She studied political science at the University of Colorado.  She resided in Boulder, Aspen, Paris, and San Francisco before returning to Los Angeles in 2004.

Mary Pomerantz, Co-Founder & Arts Coordinator

In 2002 Mary Pomerantz joined the McLean Gallery in Malibu. As director and co-curator, she successfully exhibited numerous mid-career and emerging contemporary artists. In 2007 she launched Mary Pomerantz Fine Art, an organization that approaches the business of art from outside gallery walls. MPFA combines education, exhibition, promotion, and career development in its platform for the proliferation of the visual arts.  As a "gallery without walls", the firm curates and coordinates art events at different venues throughout Los Angeles.  Mary is currently the director of Frank Pictures Gallery located in Bergamot Station, LA's premier center for the visual arts, and she is a member of Art Table, a national organization of women leaders in the arts.

Mary was born and raised in Chicago. Growing up she studied photography and at age seventeen she enrolled in advanced photography workshops at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She then moved to Montreal to attend the Canadian Ivy League, Mcgill University, an academically focused school with no visual arts program. She earned her BA in Sociology and Humanistic Studies. Upon graduating she returned to the United States and accepted a position teaching photography. Soon realizing that her true calling straddled the worlds of fine art and business, Mary moved to Los Angeles and began her journey into the business of art.

The Social Luxe
is a natural extension of Mary Pomerantz Fine Art.  Gina and Mary have joined forces to create this exciting network that combines their passions: art, adventure, culture, friends, and having fun.
