The Social Luxe Recommendation DATE: Thursday, January 29, 2009 TIME: 7-10 PM LOCATION: Edgemar Center for the Arts, 2437 Main Street, Santa Monica ARTIST STATEMENT: I feel more present when I'm looking through a lens. I'm not even thinking about the image. I'm at one with my surroundings - searching for what is beautiful...compelling...interesting. When I find it, I take a breath, and then a picture. This installation titled, "Wanderlust," began just that way. What followed was a patriotic, spiritual and emotional journey. SPECIAL NOTE: You will not be disappointed when you show up for this event. Blair has been preparing for this show for over a year and has even arranged for a guest D.J.
